Management Advisory Services Department Manager

Administration & management of the Information Systems Technology department including supervision of technical staff and management of annual technology budget.  Was responsible for the migration  from our IBM System 32 to a Novell 3.x network, including conversion of Time & Billing accounting data from the old system to MAS90 Accounting System.

Consulting & Client IS Services: Provided services to over 50 client companies in the following areas:

• Analysis of customer’s processes to determine their system automation needs.
• Prepare and present recommendations to customer for hardware, software, programming, and training services.
• Direct activities of technical staff and manage all phases of the project.
• I personally installed & provided maintenance services for over 25 systems which included complete network and workstation hardware & software installation and setup, computer and accounting systems installation and training, and custom programming as needed, using dBase III and IV
